Manager-Internal Audit (Indonesia Plantation based position)
Job Profile:
Good written and spoken communication skills at all levels, report-writing capabilities, and the ability to discuss audit findings with senior management in a clear, concise, and amicable manner.
Execute the annual audit plans effectively and assist the Senior Manager/Head of Audit in reporting the outcomes of such audit engagements to the members of the Audit committee and Group CEO.
- Assess Internal control systems and Policies of the Group for Upstream plantations.
Review and carry out walk through tests on a regular and timely basis ensuring effective implementation of systems and processes whereby achieving productivity.
Assist audit management in conducting compliance review/Investigations/Management assignments on a timely basis and quality reporting on engagement findings.
Assist audit management to review the efficiency of utilizing the assets and resources owned by the plantation/upstream.
Identify and prepare gaps between the existing and the desired skill sets of the subordinates on a continual basis and suggest development programs for the team members.
Candidate Prerequisites:
- A fully qualified Chartered Accountant or ACCA or CIMA Membership of the Institute of Internal Auditors is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 8-10 years work experience in a similar capacity at a group of companies or a reputed multinational organization External audit experience will also be considered.
- Possess a high degree of integrity, independence, and confidentiality.
- Ability to maintain professional independence and confidentiality.
- A high degree of familiarity with MS Office, Power BI, and ACL
