Need to respond to all telephone calls and emails, analyze the customer problems and inquiries and to provide the necessary solution within a minimum time period. Provide an effective customer service experience and product related information to all customers visiting the outlet. Take the ownership and follow-up until the job assigned is successfully completed. Assist the customer on how to use the products. Work productively on a continuous basis in order to achieve monthly sales targets.
The selected candidates will be recruited as Customer Service Officer (Frontline) on a contractual basis and on-the-job training will be provided.
