Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management/ full qualification in SLIM.

MBA will be an added advantage

Must have 5-10 years of Managerial experience handling Modern Trade Channels preferably in the FMCG field

  • Must know of Joint business planning, strategic planning & promotional activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent Presentation and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a growing and changing team.
  • Fluent in English is essential.
  • Customer-oriented with strong negotiation & PR skills Analytical and data-driven problem solver Hands-on experience with SFA & SAP systems.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high-quality business ethics Capable of going the extra mile to drive sales.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willing to travel within the country as per the requirement of the job.
  • Age below 45 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overlooking the entire Modern Trade Business (Keels, Cargills, Arpico, Laughs Super Markets, etc...)
  • Heading the Key Accounts contracts & SMMT Corporate Business.
  • Establish sales targets and make sales plans for every client in Modern Trade per Company sales and distribution strategy.
  • Coordinate the sales-related information and policies from the Company to Modern Trade Supervisors, sales teams, & merchandisers; ensure they strictly comply.
  • Monitor sell-out by customer/by brand/by salesmen as well as market behaviors and competitors' development to have timely and suitable reactions.
  • Negotiate with Modern Trade Business about the terms and conditions of the contractManage customer credit and payment.
