As the racing and motorsports arm of the Group and the holding company of the leisure cluster, David Pieris Racing & Leisure (Pvt) Ltd, is looking for young and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding and enriching career.
Selected candidates will receive a strong foundation of learning opportunities in a dynamic environment which will enable them to grow and thrive within the industry. Learning will comprise of six months on-the-job training in all divisions of the company along with an attractive remuneration package during the training period.
Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates will be absorbed into the Executive Grade.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE SALES & MARKETING
REQUIREMENTS
A Degree, preferably in Marketing / Business Management/ Operations Management or fully or part qualification in CIMA/CIM or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the division.
