Senior Executive Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Executive in Sales and Marketing. If you possess a valid driving license, have more than 3 years of proven sales experience, and excel in communication skills in both Sinhala and English, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and forge strong relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving sales and marketing goals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Be willing to travel to meet clients or attend events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/SLIM, or a related field
  • Over 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a senior role
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Sinhala and English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

A Competitive base salary commensurate with your experience and qualifications. An attractive commission structure based on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Commission percentage to be discussed during the interview process.
