Vacancy: Junior Executive- Planning
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in the preparation of the monthly production plan according to sales demand, available time, and resources.
- Liaise with the production team, sales team, and management for day-to-day operations. Providing reports, support, and information to the relevant parties to facilitate the achievement of the monthly production plan.
- Reviewing sales plans, budget updates, and other demand drivers, and recommending adjustments and forecasts.
Basic Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering from a recognized University.
- Working experience in Manufacturing environment would be a definite advantage. Candidates below 30 years of age are preferred.
- Excellent computer literacy, communication, Presentation Skills, planning skills, and Negotiation skills.
- Be prepared to work with a high sense of responsibility and flexibility in working hours to achieve set sales targets.
- Preference for female candidates in the Horana area or those willing to accommodate near the nearby factory.
