Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for passionate candidates to join the Sri Lankan operations of an Australian based cutting edge Technology Company serving both government and private organizations in Australia, England and New Zealand. This can be a part time /full time (multiple positions available) contract with the possibility to join the permanent carder based on your performance. Self-motivated, energetic, creative individuals who can work with minimal supervision and produce high quality results with strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first line functional support to Customers, liaising directly with them to resolve complex queries (e.g. application queries, training, reports, user documentation).
Ability to work directly with foreign clients with minimum supervision.
Maintain a high degree of customer service for all queries, providing concise and accurate information.

Effectively troubleshoot bugs, issues and communicate with all team members to efficiently deal with challenging situations.
Ensure administration, such as time sheets are completed timely and accurately.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent qualification Excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
Strong Customer Service focus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
Logical Decision making and ability to take initiative.
Strong sense of achievement (results and delivery oriented).
Experience working with ERP systems.
Understanding of business and accounting processes.
Experience using SQL, VB.Net and Jira.
