Quality Assurance Manager
We are looking for passionate candidates to join the Sri Lankan operations of an Australian based cutting edge Technology Company serving both government and private organizations in Australia and New Zealand. This is a full-time employment with the possibility to extend based on your performance. Skill Requirements:
Lead the Quality Assurance team in planning, developing, and executing testing strategies for unparalleled software quality. Own the Test Strategy, providing direction for test automation plans and implementation. Offer visionary and high-level technical guidance for automation processes and projects. Collaborate with your team to create and implement test plans, scripts, tools, and procedures for both manual and automated testing. Oversee scope approval and exception path content approval for each release, ensuring adherence to schedules. Review estimation, schedules, plans, and results, maintaining a commitment to quality at every stage. Monitor all testing activities, driving accountability with appropriate KPIs for outstanding results. Act as the final point of signoff for all go/no-go recommendations. Collaborate closely with development team leads, deployment leads, and other key stakeholders.
Beneficial Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience while leading testing activities in complex environments.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT. Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Software Automation, including design, development, and implementation of automated tests.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and testing implications.
- Expert proficiency with a variety of testing tools.
- Experience in ERP applications, Integrations, and mobile apps is highly desirable.
