EXECUTIVE-HR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle the recruitment and onboarding process effectively

Handle all administrative tasks related to off-boarding process

Handle the Human Resources Information systems (HRIS)

Generate & provide reports covering all HR activities

Initiate talent retention, performance development and management strategies

Implement best HR practices to support the organization goals

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Degree in Human Resources/ CQHRM

Minimum 4 years experience handling core HR functions including HRIS

- Excellent in MS applications

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in English language

- Passionate, analytical have sound judgement

Efficient, work independently with minimal supervision
