Senior Executive - IT Project Management/Business Analyst
The Job
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Collaborate with senior management to align project objectives with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT projects with business operations and strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
- Oversee the software development efforts of the team to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT project management.
The Person
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a software development firm, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to programming languages such as Python, Power BI, Java, or C
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
