We are looking for a highly competent person to head of process improvement team as MANAGER BUSINESS PROCESS EXCELLENCE

Responsibilities

Leading a team of business analysts to drive improvements in our clients' business processes. Project planning and on-time delivery.

Identify process problems through data analysis and other standard methods.

  • Developing solutions to improve productivity and process efficiency.
  • Carryout training / coaching and mentoring of staff in creating lean work cultures.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement automation solutions.

Standardization and auditing of improved processes.

Manage department budget.

Qualifications

A university degree or equalling professional qualification.

Six Sigma black belt or expert in Lean Management tools

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

At least 15 years work experience in a service organization.

10 years' experience in implementing Lean systems in Service Organization Excellent verbal and written communication.
