SERVICE ADVISOR (BODY SHOP)
Sterling Automobiles Lanka is the sole authorized franchised service provider for vehicles that are exported by Sterling Japan with the Sterling Aftercare Guarantee. And the company operates five Sterling Aftercare Centres island wide with the aim of offering post-purchase care to these vehicles. We rebuild your vehicle to the original condition with the cutting edge technology we used in our collision repair centers with assured guarantee.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must have completed a full-time automobile training course in relevant field at CGTTI, NAITA, AETI or any other reputed training institute. (NVQ 4 or Above)
The candidate must possess a valid driving license.
- Prior work experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
Sound knowledge of the vehicle spare parts (Japan and Europe)
