In keeping with our future expansion program, we are looking personnel for following positions who are self-motivated, energetic team players with exceptional analytical skills and solid knowledge in Micro Finance activities for our Head Office.
1. Branch Managers/ Assistant Branch Managers 2. Community Facilitators
3. Credit Assistant - Head Office
4. Accountants
LODS
5. Internal Auditor- Head Office
6. Internal Audit Assistant- Down South
7. Business Promotion & Operation Manager Recovery -Head Office
Qualifications & Experience:
Successfully Completed G.C.E. A/L.
Experience in Community Development programs, Entrepreneurship, SME Finance, Micro Finance
Possess full or part qualification in relevant field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Attractive personality with good interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy
Age below 40
Required Branches: Head Office-Colombo, Moratuwa, Gampaha, Kaluthara, Kuliyapitiya, Anuradhapura, Nochchiyagama, Monaragala, Kandy, Matale, Suriyawawa, Polpithigama, Balangoda, Haputale, Ella.
