Virtual Assistant to CEO (Work from Home)

About the Role:

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO. • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and travel arrangements. Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and handle research tasks. Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively manage their workload.

Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file management to ensure accuracy and organization of information.

Conduct research and compile reports on industry trends, competitor analysis,

and market insights to support strategic decision-making.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO's office.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Google Suite (Google doc, Spreadsheet, Slides,) and other productivity tools.

Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Discretion and the ability to maintain a confidential work environment.
