SITE ENGINEER / SUPERVISOR
Grand Apartments (Pvt) Ltd, a premier condominium construction company in Sri Lanka, is excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Site Inventory Manager. We invite qualified candidates to submit their applications.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of experience in a local construction company specializing in residential condominiums is required.
- The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with the existing team, ensuring timely completion of tasks within designated deadlines.
- Familiar with practical and technical knowledge required in construction of residential complexes from structural stage to finishing stage should be able to understand the material required and construction techniques
- Capable of performing effectively under pressure, adept at resolving construction-related issues that may emerge during projects, including managing labor, and ensuring appropriate material allocation.
- Ability to understand technical / MEP drawings and prepare method statements / bar schedules accordingly.
