Outlet Manager
Shape the Future of Gourmet Retail. Are you passionate about good food with the skills to build a successful retail experience? Gourmet Market by Ma's Kitchen, a growing chain of gourmet retail stores, is seeking an Outlet Manager to join our dynamic team. The Outlet Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations and strategic expansion of our growing retail network.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the daily operations of our existing stores, ensuring smooth and efficient running. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Identify and evaluate new store locations, negotiate leases and manage store buildouts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Recruit, train, and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in food retail.
Who You Are:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with strong experience in a multi-store environment.
A proven track record of success in driving sales growth, profitability, and exceeding targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and financial acumen, ability to work in a computerised environment. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for food and a good understanding of food, ingredients, and cooking habits.
