Hotel Lakefield, Kandy, is looking for a

Our Business:

Permanent Residence Manager

Our hotel is a semi luxury hotel, consists of 23 guest rooms and a banquet hall bearing 125 pax. The property is situated with a view of the Kandy Lake.

Qualifications and Experience Required...

  • -5 years of working experience in the Hotel Industry in a similar capacity.

-Should build a network and a rapport with all stakeholders including Travel Agents,

Tour guides and foreign tour leaders.

- Must have knowledge around the kitchen activities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Training and supervising Staff

- Managing budgets, maintain statistical and financial records

- Planning maintenance work, event and room bookings

-Handling Customer Complaints and queries

-Promoting and marketing the business

- Ensuring compliance with health, safety legislation and licensing laws.

-Proven experience of managing, promoting and marketing a hotel and restaurant.

- Good Knowledge, of Hotel and Restaurant and Kitchen Operation.

-A mindset to continuous improve the business, and the ability to take well-thought initiatives

to ensure targets are met.

- Self-motivated and energetic, with a great attention to detail to just get things done as needed.

- Capable of taking the overall responsibility of the entire business property.

-Trustworthy, Open minded and a pleasant personality.
