& MARKETING (Colombo Region)

We have created a revolution with GMP certification by NMRA in health industry by constantly delivering high standard, in-house manufactured products. Furthermore, MG Medicals (Pvt) Ltd is a massive importer of medical equipment, Rehabilitation aids and medical consumables.

As we continue to grow, we are also on the lookout for dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented individuals to be part of our team. We are looking for a well experienced and highly motivated individual who is solely responsible for driving the sales growth and ambitions of the organization in the given territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall responsibility is to uplift company revenue generating a new customer base implementing own strategies to achieve set sales targets in given territory and ensure that the organization achieves its overall objectives.

Achieve sales targets in Annual Business Plan

Designing and implementation of own sales and marketing strategies for sales targets

Handling distribution network effective manner in order to maintain and growth volume of business

A passion in interacting with customers and creating new business avenues

Ability to develop new proposals and search for business projects

Making recoveries effectively and efficiently to maintain minimum level of outstanding

Continuously provide feedback to the management on market demands, new trends etc., to be on par with the market necessities.

  • Provide accurate forecasts on sales to enable efficient planning of logistics and other resources by support functions

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Proven working experience of minimum Five (5) years in sales & marketing

Qualifications in sales/marketing be a definite added advantage

Intensive exposure to distributor networks in the healthcare industry.

Well organized, meticulous and attentive to details

Team player with good communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil would be an added advantage) Outgoing personality to work independently with positive working attitude

Sound exposure in developing a new business in a highly competitive environment

Ability to work under pressure with a highly networked role

Possess a valid driving license is a requirement

Age between 30-45
