Associate Tech Lead
• Work in a fast paced collaborative agile scrum environment handling multiple technical dependencies with 5-6 scrum teams at any given time. • Guide the Team to follow the architectural blueprints and lead the team by example in design and coding best practices.
- Resolve technical issues and drive innovations that improve system availability, resilience, and performance.
- Create, maintain and share technical documentation to be used by Team Conduct code and design reviews.
- BSc in Computer Science or a related degree with Minimum 4 Years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Event Driven Architecture & Microservice Architecture.
- Hands on Experience in Apache Kafka & Knowledge in MQTTCloud Computing experience (Google Cloud).
- Experience in REST,SOAP and OAuth.
- Experience in scaling and handling large amounts of real time transactions and Optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.gMongoDB).
- Experience in Golang, Java, JavaScript, AngularJS and NodeJS.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience/Familiarity in following will be an added advantage.
- Scrum/Agile development methodologies
-Familiarity with Redis, PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana) -Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
