Healthcare Executive - Patient Assist Center (Colombo)
Medihelp Hospitals group is seeking a young and energetic individual to join our team as a Healthcare Executive to handle and coordinate patient support for advanced treatment at a world-class foreign hospital. The referral office for the foreign hospital will be located at Medihelp Wellness Center in Colombo - 7. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering telephone inquiries, and providing information about specialist doctors, treatments, surgeries, and procedures to patients. They will also assist patients traveling for treatment, arrange video consultations, and follow up on patient care.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephone inquiries and provide information about healthcare services provided by the overseas partner hospital.
Liaise with healthcare providers of the overseas hospital to obtain necessary information about treatments and procedures.
Assist patients traveling overseas for treatment in a seamless manner.
Follow up on patient care and provide ongoing support.
Arrange video consultations for patients.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
Healthcare background or pharmaceutical selling experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
