SENIOR EXECUTIVE - HUMAN RESOURCES
Location - (Head Office) Colombo 14
As the Senior Executive - Human Resources, you will be responsible for supporting the achievement of HR goals and objectives. You will be joining a team of experienced professionals in the field of Human Resources Development and closely working with the senior leadership team, paving your way for a mutually beneficial career within the Company.

The Job Role
- Collaborate with business units and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and foster a positive work environment Organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills
- A Degree/Professional Qualification in the field of Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/institution.
- Minimum 02 years of experience as an HR Executive (Preferably in Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, or Technology-driven industries).
- Sound knowledge and experience in handling complaints/dispute resolution, legislation, and standards Comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Strong written and oral communication skill in English.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office package is a MUST.
