About Us: Enliven Designers (Pvt) Ltd is a one-stop shop for all Web Solutions, such as Web Designing, Web Hosting, Web Development, Content Writing, SEO, Social Media Marketing & BPO Operations based in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally handling phone calls, inquiries, and concerns.

  • Accurately enter new booking information into the system and monitor booking requests to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Track and schedule vehicle maintenance for safe and reliable operation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate vehicle inspections and manage vehicle booking logistics efficiently. Receive and action work orders from clients via various platforms, maintaining open and timely communication regarding tour details and requirements.
  • Allocate work to drivers based on availability and vehicle suitability.
  • Supervise driver activities during tours to ensure successful operations and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients monthly, with additional invoicing for specific cases as needed.
  • Process all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly, including collection, release notes, and delivery documents.
  • Manage pricing and commission structures for clients working with brokers and logistics companies.
  • Track driver activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and schedule regular maintenance checks for all vehicles.
  • Maintain detailed booking records and provide daily reports on driver activity to management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (British accent may be required).
  • Prior experience in customer service and dispatch operations preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to vehicle operations and driver compliance.
  • Proficiency in using communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Amazon, and Baranis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with monitoring systems for tracking driver activities is a plus.
