Accounts Executive
Location: Colombo
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining the petty cash flow summary.
- Working closely with Inland Revenue Department, Excise Department, and Tourists Board.
- Verify and validate the data provide for report preparation and management purposes.
- Liaise with Auditors and the banks when required.
- Supporting the Accountant in daily tasks.
- Ensure payments are processed timely.
- Maintain a strong relationship between internal and external stakeholders and aid them as finance business partners.
Job Requirements
- Partially completed CA/ CIMA/ACCA/CMA/AAT or Equivalent
- 1-2 years of working experience (preferably in the industry).
- Audit experience is added advantage
- High interpersonal & analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimum supervision
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy (QB & Scienter)
Junior Accounts Executive
Location: Colombo
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationship with all the stakeholders.
- Ensuring accuracy, completeness & timeliness of all Payments
- Handling Petty cash
- Supporting the Accountant in daily tasks.
- Handling and following up on statutory payments
- Maintain and handle the group hotel courier when requiredPrepare and maintain month-end reports and the summary reports.
Job Requirements
- Beginner level CA/CIMA/ACCA/CMA/AAT or Equivalent
- Fresh Graduates with/out one year trainee experience are encouraged to apply (preferably in the industry)
- Audit experience is an added advantage
- High interpersonal & analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimum supervision
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Computer literacy (QB & Scienter).
