HEAD OF LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in HRM from a recognized institute
- Minimum six years' experience in a similar capacity with a successful track record in hospitality industry
- Experience in creating training programs/training design
- A strong passion for training adaptability to others, e.gtraining strategies may be different or change for each individual group
- Strong work ethics and attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- Ability to communicate effectively and understand learning styles, including public speaking

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement and monitor training programs within the organization
- Conduct orientation sessions
- Create training materials
- Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations
- Create testing and evaluation processes Prepare and implement training budget Liaise with outsourced companies with classroom training, demonstrations and workshops
- Provide performance feedback
Conduct continuing education training
