ASSISTANT MANAGER TALENT MANAGEMENT

The Job

  • Execution of recruitment and selection process of the company whilst achieving expected turn-around times and success rates.
  • Effective and timely recruitment of right talent through advertising, screening, selection and onboarding.
  • Form and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data / periodic dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment, company attractiveness and identify areas to be improved.
  • Conduct Induction programs for new employees.
  • Identify training needs of the staff, facilitate and evaluate for development needs.

The Person

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in the Banking/ Financial industry.
  • Degree / completed Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management.
  • Higher level of proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Vibrant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-driven environment.
