ASSISTANT MANAGER TALENT MANAGEMENT
The Job
- Execution of recruitment and selection process of the company whilst achieving expected turn-around times and success rates.
- Effective and timely recruitment of right talent through advertising, screening, selection and onboarding.
- Form and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data / periodic dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment, company attractiveness and identify areas to be improved.
- Conduct Induction programs for new employees.
- Identify training needs of the staff, facilitate and evaluate for development needs.
The Person
- Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in the Banking/ Financial industry.
- Degree / completed Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management.
- Higher level of proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Vibrant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-driven environment.
