Assistant Team Leader - Finance & Accounting (Shared Services Centre)
Job Profile:
Managing the financial accounting processes by meeting standards and regulations to deliver timely and accurate financial statements within specified and agreed time periods.
Accountable in ensuring achieving the delivery standards of the specific clusters under purview.
- Track and Manage Turn Around Time of all the invoices related to the cluster.
- Ensure that the Team processes Data with accuracy and completeness for the Month end close with sufficient planning.
- Ensure GL accounts reconciliation and schedules are available for review on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for review.
- Ensure amalgamation of reports for Board reporting related to the cluster is prepared.
Candidate Prerequisites:
Finalist in CA Sri Lanka / ACCA.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration or Commerce will be an added advantage.
Possess a Minimum of 4 - 5 years experience out of which 02 years experience in an Audit Firm.
Ability to operate independently while supervising 4-5 Team Members.
Flexibility in Working Hours on a need basis to be able to achieve deadlines.
Good Interpersonal Skills
Be proficient in MS Office Package and be able to work in a highly technologically driven environment.
Possess a good command of English and a positive approach towards working as a team.
- Be below 30 years of age.
