INTERNS/MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
LOCATION - H/O-BORALESGAMUWA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning and implements new target market (local/International) initiatives in collaboration with the management.
- Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a strategy.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Performs other duties as assigned by the management Supervisory Responsibilities.
Oversees the daily workflow of the assigned department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
