Customer Care Associate

Responsibilities

  • Make Customer Retention Calls (Premium Reminders).
  • Contributing towards maintaining service level agreements.
  • Co-ordinating with internal and external parties to provide exceptional customer service to the clients.
  • Meet personal/team target.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or resolution.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries & payment reminders.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level.
  • Excellent communication skills in English/Sinhala is a must (spoken & written). Communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil is a must.
  • Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a call center in a reputed organization will be added advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to work on shift basis including weekends as well.
