Position: Manager - After Sales Service & Workshop

In our ambitious journey of expansion and excellence, we are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our After Sales Service & Workshop division. This pivotal role encompasses the management and execution of all aspects related to the repair, evaluation, installation, and maintenance of main engines, auxiliary diesel generators, and their related components, both onsite at customer locations and within our state-of-the-art workshops.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategically define, plan, and oversee the implementation of all Generator After-Sales service activities, ensuring alignment with our aggressive business expansion goals.
  • Spearhead operational support within the After-Sales division, driving the achievement of our meticulously crafted business plan.
  • Champion the implementation of strategic After-Sales business strategies, ensuring they harmonize with Native Way's overarching objectives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of After-Sales business needs, presenting innovative projects and solutions to enhance our service delivery.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with prospective customers through a service-oriented approach, fortifying customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Guide the development of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and oversee workshop service billing processes to uphold procedural integrity.
  • Lead and inspire your team in alignment with Native Way's Human Resources management policies, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment across the After Sales division.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Aged Below 45 years, with a minimum of 10 years' professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, NDT, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial and sales management within a similar industry.
  • Expertise in the maintenance and electrical installations of generator sets.
  • Proficient in informatics tools, including Microsoft Office and CAD software.
  • Exceptional command of the English language.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
  • A customer-focused, results-driven professional committed to excellence.
