Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking or hardware issues.
PC applications (Office 365, MS Package and third party software)
Printers (technology and servicing)
Requirements
- Managing backups of servers, in case of data lossFamiliar with networking and Cloud TechnologyAndroid systems and mobile devices management.
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field from a recognized Institute.
Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar capacity.
Good command of oral and written English.
- Ability to work long hours.
Preferred Male Candidates residing close to Avissawella
Remuneration will not be less than Rs. 40,000.
