Designation: Finance Assistant
Department: Finance
Location: Panadura
Job Summary

Update daily to SAP system
Prepare and circulate customer aging reports to the Sales team
Monitor daily sales & collections against targets and provide regular updates to the management
- Coordinate with the Sales team and Customer Care department to clear any dispute related to customer accounts
- Coordinate with Sales team to recover any outstanding balances of customers
- Assist month end account closing and meeting deadlines
Prepare ad hoc reports to the Management needs
Eligibility Criteria:
2 years experience in Finance Function
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge in MS Office package
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP
Fluent in English & Sinhala languages
