What you need to do
Proactively following up and nurturing leads generated from various marketing channels, with the goal of converting them into sales and generating sufficient leads to meet our sales targets.
Providing exceptional customer support and assistance for all inquiries related to BYD sales, aftersales, charging, and parts.
- Efficiently completing customer documentation pertaining to vehicle registrations and financing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assisting with any additional documentation required for special purposes, such as Special numbers and Permit schemes.
Managing the entire process of vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our customers.
Upholding a consistently high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with BYD guidelines.
What we are looking for
- 5 years of combined experience with Automotive sales.
- A bachelor's degree in management or an equivalent qualification.
Experience in managing Government Permit related sales will be an added advantage.
Proven track record of vehicle sales including fleet management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer care experience.
Willingness to visit different geographical locations when required.
