Business Analyst cum
Quality Assurance officer
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- ♦ Work closely with development team and end user to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
- ◆ Analyze and prepare gap analysis document
- ♦ Create detailed business and system documentation, including use cases, user stories and process flows
- ♦ Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights
- ◆ Assists in testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
- ♦ Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts for software applications
- ♦ Conduct functional testing to identify and report defects
- ♦ Document and track defects and work closely with development team to ensure timely resolution
- ◆ Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements to enhance product quality
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- ♦ A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems Management from a recognized University or equivalent Professional Qualification
- ◆ Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar capacity (preferably in a Bank or Finance Company)
- ♦ Prior experience in System Testing and System Documentation
