Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in all aspects of work, we are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Executive for our Subsidiary Company of RM Holdings (Pvt) Ltd which is located in Kanugala, Muruthanga. As a Quality Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our product and service standards.
Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct through inspections of incoming materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to optimize production efficiency and minimize defects.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control protocols and procedures.Collaborate with teams to enhance quality processes.
Qualifications Required
- Diploma in Apparel Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a quality control role within the Bra/Apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects in materials and finished products.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
