ASSISTANT MANAGER - HOUSEKEEPING
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Housekeeping to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
As the Assistant Manager, Housekeeping, you will report to the Manager, Housekeeping with an unwavering commitment to excellence. You will meticulously inspect guestrooms and public areas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of presentation. Inventory management, team training, and fostering a culture of precision will be integral parts of your role.
You will play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization that define our establishment. Whilst liaising closely with various departments, your responsibilities will encompass supervising the housekeeping team, contributing to the development of cleaning procedures, and ensuring the smooth coordination of daily operations, making certain that every guest has an exceptional stay marked by luxury and sophistication.
