We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Restaurant - All Day Dining to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

As the Manager, Restaurant (ADD), you will be responsible for the overall operation of our All-Day Dining restaurant where your passion for hospitality will assist in curating exceptional services for our guests. Your responsibilities go beyond managing daily operations; they encompass shaping the overall success of our culinary venture while delivering luxurious services that surpass international standards. Your expertise will play a crucial role in contributing to the seamless and exceptional experience we consistently provide to our valued guests. You will ensure that our guests are welcomed into a restaurant where authenticity is preserved with an array of modern Food & Beverage experiences.

You are tasked with orchestrating the seamless operation of every facet of the restaurant, from the front-of-house to the back-of-house, ensuring impeccable service delivery and an unforgettable dining experience for guests. This involves adeptly managing a diverse team of staff, including servers, chefs, and bartenders, by overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Additionally, you are responsible for cultivating an environment of excellence in customer service, personally engaging with guests to address any concerns and maintain a warm, welcoming ambience. Financial acumen is essential as you develop and adhere to the restaurant's budget, implementing strategies to optimize profitability while upholding quality standards. Collaborating closely with culinary teams, you play a key role in menu development, crafting offerings that resonate with the hotel's discerning clientele while considering dietary preferences and seasonal ingredients. Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations is paramount, as is effective inventory management to minimize waste and maintain ingredient availability. Marketing initiatives fall within your purview as you devise strategies to attract patrons, bolster revenue, and enhance the restaurant's reputation through events, promotions, and partnerships. With your commitment to excellence, you will continually strive to elevate standards and exceed expectations in every aspect of the dining experience.
