Shipco is a Danish based Freight Forwarder and Consolidator operating in Colombo since year 1981. We are looking for dynamic individual for the Sales & Marketing division of the Company.
MANAGER SALES & MARKETING
Job qualifications and Requirements
- ECUTIVE SALES & MARKETING
Product Knowledge - Should have 5 years minimum for Manager & 1 to 2 years for Sales executive in a similar capacity in freight forwarding/shipping industry.
Positive Language - Fluency in English.
Be willing to accept challengers.
To gain more businesses to the company - Import & Export - Sea Freight & Air Freight (FCL/LCL/EXW/AIR FRT/Transhipments)
Time Management - Ability to complete the given tasks within the allocated period to meet the deadlines.
Positive Attitude & Communication skills - Be willing to serve customers with curtesy & respect to the satisfaction of the customers.
Be willing to work long hours when required either from office or from home.
- Leadership Experience in Managing Team & Problem Solving skills.
Taking Responsibilities to meet customer requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills-strong people management skills required.
Efficiency ability to avoid making mistakes or wasting materials, energy, efforts, penalties, and time while performing a task.
Team Work - when a group of individuals work together toward a collective goal in an efficient manner.
Punctuality.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
