Management Trainees Responsibilities:

  • Trainees
  • -Operations Management: Gain hands-on experience in running operations within a large-scale manufacturing industry and a service sector business. Learn the intricacies of optimizing processes, ensuring efficiency, and delivering quality products and services.
  • -Procurement and Logistics: Understand the crucial roles of procurement and logistics in supply chain management. Learn how to source materials, negotiate contracts, and manage inventory effectively to support operational goals.
  • -Financial Projections and Planning: Dive into the world of financial analysis, forecasting, and planning. Develop skills in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Prerequisite Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Precise time managing skills and discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver the tasks entrusted on time
