Barista Trainer
Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for students enrolled in Coffee courses.
- Teach fundamental and advanced barista skills, including coffee brewing, espresso preparation, and other related skills.
- Develop and update training materials and curriculum to meet industry standards and ensure a comprehensive learning experience for students.
- Maintain high standards of quality in the delivery of training programs.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a professional barista with a strong track record of excellence. Experience in training or teaching is an advantage.
A relevant trade certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
A passion for coffee and a genuine interest in imparting knowledge to others.
