MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
AS A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL OVERSEE MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS, ENSURING EQUIPMENT, SYSTEMS, AND INFRASTRUCTURE ARE FUNCTIONING OPTIMALLY. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE SUPERVISING STAFF, SCHEDULING MAINTENANCE, CONDUCTING INSPECTIONS, AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
- Develop maintenance schedules and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Manage procurement of maintenance supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5 years' experience in maintenance management.
- Strong technical knowledge.
