Job Title:
SALES OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE-RETAIL STORE
Job Role:
The job holder must facilitate day-to-day operations and interdepartmental collaborations within the store. The incumbent is also expected to be involved in sales support to sustain positive customer experiences and deliver the expected level of DIY process implementations to enhance customer services.
Job Requirements:
- GCE Advanced Level qualification
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
- Experience in retail sales or inventory management is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in SAP would be an added advantage
