Job Description:
Are you an ambitious and experienced sales professional with a passion for driving results? We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Telesales Executive. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and contributing to the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting new or existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Entering and updating customer information in the database.
- Maintaining a working relationship with past, current, and future customers.
Require
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive (minimum of two years).
- Excellent communications skills in English (speaking & writing).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Computer literate.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales targets and increase future sales.
- Living within Colombo city limits.
- Willing to work UK Hours (1.30pm -10.30pm).
