We Are Hiring! Customer Service Representative

Imperial Edutech (Pvt) Ltd. is a subsidiary of a UK-based educational organisation that specialises in professional online courses with global recognition. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who has a cheerful attitude and is committed to providing an excellent client experience.

Job Role:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats.
  • Responding to consumer inquiries and concerns from both UK and international clients.
  • Contacting new & existing customers to our services/products.
  • Maintaining & updating relevant trackers.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' related work experience.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Very good telephone voice & etiquette. Capable of working under pressure.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good team player.
  • Living within Colombo city limits.

Willing to work UK hours (1.30pm 10.30pm).
