YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Assessing the clients' investment banking requirements
- Advising the clients on raising equity or debt capital
- Carrying out M&A transactions
- Carrying out business valuations and other advisory assignments
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
ENTITIES IN
- Hold a relevant degree / professional qualification from a recognized University / Institute, and/or a recognized accounting qualification.
- Experience in capital markets, with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience for the Analyst role, and 3-4 years' experience for the Senior Analyst role. Exposure to debt capital markets would be viewed favourably.
- Excellent writing, analytical and negotiation skills coupled with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- A background in sales or client relationship management with a good network of suitable client contacts will be a definite advantage.
