PRODUCTION MANAGER
Responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of the tea production process, ensuring quality and efficiency. You'll lead a team, oversee production planning and execution, and collaborate across departments to achieve production goals.
- Develop and implement production plans in alignment with company objectives.
- Supervise the production process, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production management, preferably in the food or beverage industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
STORE KEEPER
Oversee inventory management and maintain the warehouse. Your role ensures that our tea products are stored efficiently and inventory records are accurately maintained.
- Maintain and organize the warehouse, managing tea storage effectively.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with procurement and production for inventory optimization.
Qualifications:
- Experience in storekeeping or inventory management
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory software or systems
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Monitor daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes meet our stringent quality standards. You'll work closely with the Production Manager to implement strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise daily activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Assist in the training and development of production staff.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve production challenges.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
