Island Elegance Ventures Private Limited, a prominent player in the Hotel and Tourism industry based in Kurunegala (Head Office), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the same industry, with a proven track record of driving marketing initiatives and achieving results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our hotel and tourism services.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media channels and manage online presence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop strategies to attract new ones.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in marketing within the hotel and tourism industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Kurunegala area.
