Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and organized;

Three Office Managers for three different Regions (Kandy, Jaffna, Batticaloa) to join our team. The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office environment. This individual will oversee administrative tasks, manage office logistics, and support various departments to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Experienced & skill requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Preferred Experience in office management/administrative roles.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Sinhala or Tamil.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Familiarity with IT and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience in event organizing and coordinationBasic understanding of financial concepts.

Supervise and coordinate administrative staff

  • Develop and implement office procedures and policies
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Oversee office logistics and space planning

Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders

Facilitate communication between departments

Maintain office security and safety

Plan company events and activities
