Marketing Manager- Plantations Sector
Your primary responsibilities includes,
Identify and seize direct export opportunities for Plantations tea, enhancing profitability and streamlining distribution.
- Initiate and manage partnerships with global tea brands to expand market presence and explore collaborative ventures.
Develop and execute strategies to export single estate fresh tea to niche markets, catering to discerning consumers seeking high-quality, unique offerings.
Lead the international commercialization efforts of our Tea brands, leveraging its reputation and quality to establish a strong presence in key global markets.
- Collaborate with product development teams to diversify and enhance the range of Tea products, aligning with evolving consumer preferences.
- Work with global flavor and beverage companies to develop and supply tea extracts and innovative tea-based products, expanding market reach and product offerings.
Develop and implement a comprehensive re-launch strategy for our Tea in the local market, revitalizing brand awareness and capturing market share through targeted marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the tea or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
