We're recruiting TRAVEL CENTRE EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service to hotel guests, assisting with all travel-related inquiries, including but not limited to transport arrangements, tour bookings, and local attractions information.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local area, including dining, entertainment, cultural sites, and hidden gems, to offer personalized recommendations to guests.

Efficiently handle bookings for transportation, tours, and activities, ensuring seamless experiences for guests. Willing to work on a shift basis

Candidate Profile:

  • Preferably a diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area's attractions, traditions, and culture to offer authentic and engaging advice to guests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings and inquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English and any foreign language(s), would be a plus to cater to international guests.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office
