Lanka Communication Services (PVT) Limited, a pioneer in corporate IT solution services in Sri Lanka, is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic young individual to Lead the Credit Management team, tasked to improve customer relationships and collection.
You are required to:

- Guide and lead the Collectors to improve the collections and payment process
- Monitor the debtors' portfolio to minimize the outstanding debts
- Coordinate with customers to resolve any billing disputes in consultation with internal stakeholders
- Ensure bills reach customers on time
- Correspondence and documentary management support

You should have:
- Diploma / Degree in business studies, credit management
- 3 years experience in finance or credit management
- High Computer literacy
- Good Command in English Communication
Ability to work independently
